Have you been waiting for What’s the Right Trade? First, an apology. We have been having construction here and the construction workers accidently took out our internet lines. We’ve had no internet and couldn’t post What’s the Right trade until now.
What’s the Right trade: Answer
We had some interesting answers to this What’s the Right trade episode. Keep in mind that in these What’s the Right Trade episodes we are assessing demand and supply. You can always ask yourself, which is stronger–the buying or the selling? As you assess a market, you want to be looking at this fundemental question: who is in control, buyers or sellers? In this What’s the Right Trade chart, we see sellers losing control, and then buyers stepping in. Then, on the pullback, sellers show a weak hand.
These observations are all contained in the chart. There was no need for additional charts or information. When you can clearly make an assessment that either demand or supply is firmly in control, you want to look to act and take advantage of your assessment. That’s the great value in this method. other traders will be studying indicators and trying to “think through” the market. We are assessing supply and demand. This is one of the primary things we do each week in Deep Practice, only we go into greater depth and integrate the assessment of supply and demand with other important considerations. It is a real trading edge.
