Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds of Products Purchased
Any other circumstance not described below is not eligible for a refund. All purchases are final. We reserve the right to review any and all cases as well as their outcome at our discretion.
Cancellation of Services Purchased
Cancellation by You
Services (live webinars, live seminars, live group and live individual coaching sessions only) may be cancelled at anytime up to 24-hours prior to the commencement of the service by you by sending a request via the link Contact US.. In the event you paid for services in advance and have used some but not all of the service, you will be charged on a prorated basis at the normal (undiscounted) fee for such service even though you may have paid a discounted fee for the service and refunded the remaining amount. Cancellations by you less than 24-hours prior to the time the service is scheduled to commence will not be honored. All refunds due to you will be processed by us within fifteen (15) business days from the date of the receipt of cancellation. All refunds will be made in accordance with the initial method of payment. In other words, if you paid for the service by personal check, we will reimburse you by check through regular mail. If you paid for the service by credit card, the credit card used to make payment will be reimbursed. Because the credit card processing company we use charges a fee, such fee charged by the credit card processing company will not be refunded and there will also be a $30.00 cancellation fee for all refunds initially paid by credit card. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Cancellation by Us
In the event we need to cancel a scheduled service (live webinar, live seminar, live individual or group coaching session or live ‘preview’ webinar) due to insufficient registration, illness, technical internet difficulties, severe weather, scheduling conflicts, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will make our best efforts to notify you via email as soon as possible prior to the event. At the time of the cancellation or within three (3) days of the cancellation notice, we will advise you of an alternate, rescheduled date, if available. Should you be unable to attend the service on the rescheduled date, you will need to notify us via the link Contact US in accordance with the Cancellation by You procedure described above for refund.
Other Terms & Conditions
Dr. Gary Dayton, President of Peak Psychology Inc. tries to address questions raised on the TradingPsychologyEdge.com Blog, in emails, and in webinars and seminars. However, due to the volume of questions and limited time, your question may not be answered.
We are not responsible for typographical errors. Peak Psychology Inc. and TradingPsychologyEdge.com reserve the right to cancel any order you have placed if there was a typographical error on the site concerning item pricing, item availability, or the description of any item ordered when you placed the order.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase of a product (e-books, reports, and video tutorials, other courses) we will do our best to satisfy you. Should you experience a technical difficulty in accessing one of our products/courses, we will make every effort to assist you and rectify the situation. If we are unable to remedy the technical difficulty within 72-hours from time the complaint is received by us, we will refund your payment. But we will not be responsible for problems from your end.
